Updating firmware on linksys router wrt310n boss pedal dating

Let's say I have successfully installed 12307 but I find that my old FW serves better for me, can I go back to my current build, can I just re-flash it with the old bin file I have? I did 30/30/30 before and after, set timeouts to 120, and 28mw power level. I am convinced that SOME of the 310's are plagued with some sort of hardware issue. I don't really need Wireless-N support (though it's nice to have for the future).
